NYCake.com Sales Policy
For items that may be out of stock, you will see a red B/O icon next to the product. If the items back-ordered are coming shortly, we will hold the entire order until the shipment is complete. If the items will not be in for a while, your shipment will be sent to you and the back-ordered item(s) will be cancelled. If you are in a rush for your order, let us know by calling us at (800) 942-2539 or emailing us at email@example.com on how to proceed with your order. Please have your web reference number ready when calling or emailing. We will NOT bill you for items that were not shipped.
Important Shipping Note
NYCake.com ships orders during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 10am - 4pm EST. Shipping costs vary depending on the items chosen and the destination. The shipping costs shown at checkout are simply an estimate. We reserve the right to change your shipping carrier to correct any estimation errors that may occur. For overseas shipments, or heavy or large dimensional items (boxes, fondant) we reserve the right to cancel the order if you do not approve the corrected shipping charges.
Free ShippingNY CAKE offers free shipping on all qualified orders over $99.00 only to the 48 Continental US States. An item that does not qualify for free shipping is stated in the description of the item. These are large, heavy or bulky items. ex, fondant, boxes, Styrofoam, etc. During a site-wide sale, the Free Shipping Option cannot be used.
International ShippingNY Cake ships to locations all around the world. The shipping cost shown at checkout is only a quick estimate and may be incorrectly calculated. The actual shipping cost is determined after we pack your order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding excessive shipping costs shown at checkout, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your reference number and your question and we will respond promptly.
For an extra cost FEDEX Next Day Air and Second Day air can be chosen as a shipping option.
Damaged Claim/ReturnsPlease note that we have a 2 calendar day claim for all damaged, incorrect or missing items. Photo proof of damaged item must be submitted to email@example.com.
Due to COVID-19, returns will not be accepted without an RA. If you would like to return an item, you may ship it back to Universal Brands, 170 Ludlow Street, Yonkers NY 10705. Please note that there is a 7 calendar day window and a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned non-food items. Food Items may NOT be returned - no exceptions! Shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed neither to you nor from you. Upon receipt of the unused and unopened product, your account will be credited.
