This bittersweet chocolate is 72% cocoa.
It has an extremely dark color that foreshadows its floral chocolate taste. It has a nuttiness and flavor of roasted fruit stone, tobacco and tea tannins balanced with a soft acid finish. It has floral notes with hints of dried cherries and banana with a deep chocolate base.
Ingredients: Cacao Beans, Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Lecithin, Vanilla Beans.
Made on equipment also used to make milk chocoate; not suitable for individuals with milk
allergies.
