Paramount Crystals are used to aid in the melting of chocolate, carob and yogurt coatings. It will help make the coatings smooth and easier to pour into molds as well as thin for ease in dipping and coating. Use a little a time until desired consistency is reached. Generally 1 tablespoon is used per pound of chocolate.

Ingredients: hydrogenated palm kernel oil with soy lecithin.
