The applications for compound coatings are similar to chocolate. They are used for enrobing as well as molding. Compound coating products can be very user friendly. They do not need to be tempered so you can just melt and mold or dip your cake pops into it. Available in 1 pound and 5 pound bags as well as 50 pound bulk cases.

Sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils, nonfat dry milk, cocoa, milk, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin, salt.
