This new item was imported from Europe. To give a cracked texture to your fondant, use this powder mixed with water or alcohol.
Mix with water or alcohol to a thick brushable paste and apply to a surface treated with a light coating of vegetable shortening. Use a normal brush or silicone brush for different effects on your fondant. ONLY brush in one direction. For bigger cracks, brush only once. Let in dry in the open air or near a low heat source. For Cookies: Bake sugar cookies as normal with coating already applied.
