Product Use:

For food use only. Can be mixed with fondant, icing, buttercream, marzipan etc. to achieve the desired shade of colour. For every 1Kg (35.3oz) of cake and decoration, you should not use more than 2g (0.07oz) of ProGel®. More can be used in a specific area, as long as less is used elsewhere and the average is not exceeded.

Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Water, Food Starch – Modified (Tapioca), Color: FD&C Blue #1.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Kosher approved.

Storage

Once opened, it is the responsibility of the customer to establish the maximum permitted time until all material should be used. This will depend on their specific environment, practices and procedures.
