Orders are shipped out of NEW YORK.
We ship all orders within the United States by Fed-ex. You can choose ground service for regular needs.
WE APOLOGIZE BUT WE NO LONGER SHIP ANY OVERNIGHT, 2nd Day or 3 Day air packages.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL BILL TO AND SHIP TO ADDRESSES MUST BE THE SAME! If they are different, you MUST provide a photo id as well as a copy of the credit card. WITHOUT these 2 items, your order will not ship.
NOTE: Due to warm weather we do NOT SHIP CHOCOLATE from May through October. If you order chocolate within that time period, it is shipped at your risk.
PLEASE NOTE:Home-Delivery shipping may take a minimum of 4-8 working days to receive from the time the order is placed.
PLEASE NOTE-ALL AIR SHIPMENTS DO NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY DELIVERY. Once an order was placed-any changes must be PHONED in to 1-914-613-3998 x5 E-mails may not make it in time.
Please check your shipping address before clicking the order button. Street, Avenue, Boulevard, Road, Lane, Apartment numbers, ,etc. must be included. In the case that they are omitted by you or corrected by fed-ex- there will be an additional $8.00 fee billed to you the customer. If you would like to return an item you MUST call 1-877-NYCAKE-8 and request a return authorization number. Please be ware that many food items are NOT RETURNABLE. Chocolate and Icing that is shipped is at the customers' risk. Customers have only 2 DAYS from receipt of package to inspect and call in shortages.We will not credit customers who ship back merchandise without prior approval. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all approved returns. absolutely, NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES.

Choose USPS First Class Mail International Package. An additional $8.00 is charged for the extra paperwork for processing these orders.
We gladly ship all over the world. NY Cake is happy to process your orders. International orders incur an extra 3 days for processing and producing the paperwork necessary for customs. Please be aware in order to cover these extra costs for paperwork, we need to charge an extra $8.00 to your order. Be sure to select international charge and add it to your order. If you forget to do so, we will re-bill your credit card.
Also, shipping rates are not calculated until the merchandise is picked, packed and weighed. Once you CONFIRM these additional charges via e-mail, we will re-bill your credit card for the approved charges and your package will be sent. Try to respond in a timely manner as we will NOT KEEP ORDERS IN THE WAREHOUSE AFTER 1 week has passed.
Furthermore, we have several check systems in place BEFORE shipping an order. Each and every order is check and double checked before leaving the premises.
