Finger in the lasagne? No problem. Need to grab a whole chicken? Not an issue. And when you are done simply wash the outside hand portion of your mitt in the sink. Bought a pair at the store in LA, fell in love with them, bought more for our son's bride. Now ordering 3 more pairs for daughter & friends. Really, these mitts are the best.
