International Shipping

We gladly ship all over the world. NY Cake is happy to process your orders. International orders incur an extra 3 days for processing and producing the paperwork necessary for customs. Please be aware in order to cover these extra costs for paperwork, we need to charge an extra $8.00 to your order. Be sure to select international charge and add it to your order. If you forget to do so, we will re-bill your credit card.

Also, shipping rates are ONLY AN ESTIMATE. There are instances where inernational rates may vary and there may be additional charges incurred for shipping. Once the package is boxed and weighed we will know. In such instances, you will be notified via e-mail as to the additional shipping charges. Once you CONFIRM these additional charges via e-mail, we will ship out the package. Try to respond in a timely manner as we will NOT KEEP ORDERS IN THE WAREHOUSE AFTER 1 week has passed.

Furthermore, we have several check systems in place BEFORE shipping an order. Each and every order is check and double checked before leaving the premisis. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS TAKEN BY CUSTOMS!!!! The buyer orders at their own risk. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT COMPLETE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BY US.
