Gelatin Sheets

To use sheet gelatin soak in a bowl of cold water for 5-10 minutes. Once soft, lift from the water and wring gently then add to the warm liquid called for in the recipe, stirring until dissolved. If you are using it in a cold mixture, melt the softened sheets in the microwave over very low heat, stirring until melted completely. Add into your cold mixture gradually.
