Flower Board

NY Cake modelling board is a helpful tool for shaping flowers, leaves, and other gum paste or fondant cutouts. The board has grooves along the edge of one side of the board for making leaves more quickly and holes for making the perfect flower center.The other side is smooth for forming and leaving shaping Two  holes (each a different diameter) in the board allow gum paste to be rolled out for "Mexican hat" flower shapes.
